RETURN POLICY
Every product comes with a
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee; however, because it is costly for both parties to
offer a refund policy such as ours, there are special conditions attached to
products, as mentioned below. If you have a refund, you must first contact us
for an RMA number. Email
us and tell us what you are returning and a brief reason as to why.
Any
product returned to us without a specific RMA number will be refused and a
refund will not be issued. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility
of the customer and are never refunded, unless we are replacing damaged
merchandise.
BOOKS/MAGAZINES:
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
We will only
issue refunds for books/magazines that are shipped back to us in perfect shape,
within 60 days.
WRITING SOFTWARE

Guarantee.
We do issue refunds for opened software in our WRITING
SOFTWARE section within 60 days if the product has not lived up to your
expectations. To qualify for a refund, the software and its contents must be in
its original box and the software must be de-installed from your computer.
Returned software MUST include all documentation -- warranty cards, promotional
materials, disks, manuals, etc. -- for a refund. Any missing or damaged
software and its contents (including the software box) will be charged a 30%
restocking fee deducted from your refund.
We offer a 30-Day
Money-Back Guarantee on downloadable software, as per the manufacturers. To
qualify for a refund, you must de-install the software completely from your
computer. After doing so the manufacturer will deactivate your serial # and
confirm the de-installation with you and notify us. Once we are notified, we
will issue a refund.
(Note: To reduce sending you software “just
to see and try” we ask that you contact us first for additional
information on the software. Many times we can send you a lot more additional
information and demos, if available, to help you with your decision. Free demos

Audio Tapes / Video Tapes:
We will
only refund audio / videos that are unopened within 60 days of purchase.
We cannot issue refunds for opened audio / videos, for the simple fact that
audio and video manufacturers do not issue refunds either for opened audios or
videos. Returned audios / videos must be shipped back to us unopened in
perfect shape for a full refund. Any damage to the box or evidence of tampering
will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
Authorized returned
products are checked thoroughly by our Customer Service Department for any
damage or evidence of tampering. Refunds (minus shipping and handling costs)
are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the return. If you paid
with a credit card, your credit card will be credited; if you paid by check or
money order, a check will be mailed to you.
Defective Merchandise: If you believe you received
damaged or defective merchandise, contact us immediately and we will remedy the
problem immediately.

Ordrs will not be
processed until payment is received.
Many international customers

payment for orders. If you wish to transfer money to our bank account as
payment for your order, please contact us first via
email. In the e-mail
include the products you want to order and in which state you are ordering
from. We will provide you with a break down of all costs, the total sum to
transfer to our bank account, and specific information to successfully wire
money to our bank account.
Note: your bank or whichever service you
may use to transfer money to our bank account may charge you additional
fees.
All products are sold to buyers in the United States and title
passes to the buyer in the United States. MasterFreelancer Web Store makes no representation to the legal rights of
anyone to export any products from the United States or import products into
any country outside of the United States. The buyer is solely responsible for
